Tell other PAM members about PAM’s Career Services and personal Career Coaching. Career Services are a free member benefit – as a member of PAM you can get personal help with job search, career change and adult education.

The Career Coaching will be held online or on a phone.

All members who tell their fellow members about the Career Services will take part in a lottery for 1000€ of “summer fun”. The winner can decide whether he/she wants to get a present card for Aurinkomatkat (a travel agency) or S-group (stores). We will allot one present card of 1000€.

NOTE! You can participate in the lottery only when a fellow member books a time for the personal Career Coaching. Only together a hint from you + your friend’s use of Career Services will give you a right to participate in the lottery.

If you tell about the Career Services to ten of your fellow members you will have ten draws in the lottery. By telling several people you can multiply your chance to win! If you haven’t used the Career Services yourself yet, you can also “give a hint to yourself.”

This campaign is valid until the end of June 2022. The winner will be drawn on July 1st, 2022. We will inform the winner personally.

Rules of the lottery::

1. Organiser
   The lottery is organised by Coolla Oy (later “organiser”).
2. Who has a right to participate
   All the persons who have turned 18 years and are members of PAM and permanently living in Finland can participate in the lottery. You cannot participate in the lottery if you or one/some of your family members are working in the companies who have planned and organised this lottery.
3. Prizes
   Among the participants of the lottery will be drawn a present card of 1000€ which the winner can choose to use for Aurinkomatkat or S-group.
4. Choosing and publishing the winner
   The organiser will randomly draw the winner among all the participants. The organiser will publish the winner’s name on PAM.coolla.fi site and informs the winner by email or by phone if needed. The winner needs to inform the organiser about his/her address to where the prize will be sent. If the organiser doesn’t reach the winner within 1 week from the first contact, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Register information
   The contact information given by the participants will be used only for drawing of the winner, informing about the win and sending the prize. The given information will not be used or given for marketing purposes.
6. Organiser’s responsibility
   The organiser will pay the lottery tax for the lottery prize mentioned in these rules. The winner will be responsible for other possible costs for participating in the lottery or using the prize. The winner will release the organiser for any responsibility or costs related to the participation in the lottery or using the prize. The winner will also release the organiser of any other responsibility related to the later use of the prize or any damages caused by the participation in the lottery or using the prize. This release of responsibility does not reduce the rights of the consumer provided by the consumer protection law. The responsibility of the organiser does not exceed the amount of the prize. The organiser is not responsible for the participation which is not registered due to technical reasons or which have lacking contact information. The organiser has a right to cancel the lottery due to force majeure reasons.
7. Release of responsibility of Instagram and Facebook
   The lottery is not sponsored, recommended or governed by Instagram, Facebook or other media. The participants will release Instagram and Facebook of all the responsibilities and requirements related to the lottery. The participants will give their contact information only for the use of the organiser. Not for Instagram, Facebook or any other media.
8. Other terms
   By participating in this lottery the participants will commit to follow these rules and the organiser’s decisions about them. The organiser holds a right to change the rules. The participant will also commit to follow the rules of the participation channels (Instagram and Facebook). The organiser has a right to reject any of the participants. The organiser has a right to reject erroneous or against the rules participation without a liability to compensate to the participant. The organiser has a right to reject participants who might have used dishonest methods for participation. If there is a typing error or any other error in the promotion material of the campaign, the organiser or a promoter or their partners are not responsible for the consequences of these.
